Electronics and batteries: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused and unopened products. The product must be in its original packaging and include all accessories.
Software: Due to the nature of digital goods, all software sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds are only provided for defective software or if the product key has not been activated.
To initiate a return, please select return (if available) from your purchased item on the store site, or contact our customer service team at support@lebovitz.net. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or shipped in error, or otherwise noted in the purchase agreement.
Refunds will be processed within 10 to 15 days of receiving the returned item in the same payment method used during purchase.
Products purchased during special promotions or sales may be subject to different return policies, as outlined in the promotion.
Late or missing refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
